I rarely write negative reviews, but I would even give this Subway location a negative 5 stars for their service. Absolutely... horrible. Just stay away! These people are here only to make. your day miserable. I simply asked for extra jalapeño peppersbecause that's what I like. The trans-employee (I have absolutely nothing against anyone being trans, by the way!) seemedshocked that I asked for even more jalapeños. I laughed and said, yes, please add more. I was stunned when he was actuallyangry and said "NO!" I couldn't believe it! It got even worse. I was very nice to him/her/whatever, and asked to please give memore jalapeños. He then put about three hands-full of jalapeño peppers on my sandwich (a foot-long veggie delite sandwich).When it told him I always prefer two handsful of jalapeños, he must have thought I was joking. I was serious. That is what allother Subway stores give me---exactly what I ask for. He flat refused, and said he'd have to charge me for extra meat. Ireminded him that I didn't have any meat, but I'd be happy to pay the extra .75 for the extra topping. I'd even be happy to paydouble that! He then started to take off all of the jalapeños, and said "No, leave them! That's what I want!" He continued todo just the opposite until only very few were left. I decided not to argue anymore with him/her so after all the veggies wereadded to the sandwich, I asked for a little extra salt and pepper. I could see that the shaker was giving out any salt, so Iasked him/her to add more salt. He removed the lid from the salt shaker and reach into the salt shaker with his fingers andgrabbed a handful of salt and poured it across the sandwich. I was hysterically laughing because of the absurdity of it all. Asif that were not enough, he took ANOTHER handful of salt and poured that on. Not sure about this location. Guy working looked like he didnt know what he was doing and I had to repeat several times for him... to do it. He also charged me for a footlong when I ordered 6inch. Will have to try again and see, until then it is a 3-star. Read more
Signs of a failing franchisee when they can't accept Subway coupons. They have a little piece of paper with a sharpie saying no... coupons. They underlined it too for extra emphasis. Shame. Read more
