the worst waiters, the worst attitude towards the people who enter in this restaurant. The employs show a very bad actitudes... with the people. They looklike lazy, angry, they do whatever they want. On sundy nov. 13, the old employ left to smoke and díanot allowes us to go in. This mornong monday 14, the woman did not give service after waiting for at least 10 minutes. Bathrooms were disgusting. Then the guy working there asked my husband if they were clean instead of checking and cleaning... them. He stated that he couldnt clean it cause he had to make food. I definitely wasnt eating there. Read more
Bad experience at this subway. I was waiting about 10 minutes being the only customer in the line, and the employee at the time... had his back towards us preparing the bread in the oven... what's the point to prep the bread if you won't serve the customer?.. when I asked, "Will you take our order now?" the guy looked at us with an upset reaction saying "I have to do this first"...never seen such bad service before.. Horrible service, the employee was completely in another world while making the sandwich. Putting pepperoni and some meats which... I never asked for. I told them ?I never asked for this, why are you making this? Are you making someone else?s sandwich?? Noreply, and then HUH? Then kept mocking with ?you sure don?t want anything else, don?t want anything else, you sure?? Asked about8 times like what? And ended with very slowly dropping 5 paper napkins ???????? I visited on 05/23/22 at around 7:30-7:40 pm The employee at the front was grabbing the vegetables you put on the sandwich with... his hands no gloves, he then proceeded to open the refrigerator where he had other containers with vegetables after he finishedTHROWING the cucumbers in the bar he put it back in the refrigerator and it didn?t go all the way inside so he pushed it withhis shoe. After waiting for him to finish, he proceeded to grab ANOTHER container to keep filling the vegetables. I asked ifsomeone could help us as i saw he wasn?t interested in taking our order and he said in a minute. I decided to go next door tograb a slice of pizza where i was welcomed as i entered the establishment. On the way back I passed subway and the same employeewas outside the door playing and flicking a pocket knife. No one came near him which in return causes loss of customers. Great subway. Everything's really fresh. My personal favorite is the black forest ham with provolone and dipped in hot cheddar... and brockley soup. This is the only subway on the beach ain't been trapped out of. They are very professional. The owners a realgood guy and always has great people working there. Been eating here since 2016. I've never had any complaints. They do subwayright. Tell em kitty sent you. Or not. Read more
