Bathroom close for customers. Owned need to fix it once in the life time .
I got the pizza both days... Added chicken, spinach and olives... Omg.,. Awesome
The young lady working there is very rude. Me and my husband go in to pick up our order and she wrote something I couldn?t... understand on my bag. I asked her what does it mean and she said we don?t have any cookies to put in your bag. I simple said itlooks like everything is here but she mumbled under breath and huffed and puffed. Went here twice during my vacation, both times were relatively poor experiences. Both times a mistake was made with my order,... and both times there was no sense of urgency to accommodate guests. Food is edible and well priced, but pay attention and makesure your order is what you want, and be prepared to wait. Also, the refrigerator isn?t cold, all the drinks inside are roomtemp. Read more
Worst Subway experience. Terrible customer service. Worker with Red Hair has terrible attitude and rudeness. Snuck in snarky... comments as I ordered my food. She talked very softly and when I asked her what she said she rolled her eyes back and respondedwith attitude. Also I made it every clear I ordered a PB cookie and she gave me a Strawberry one. This was definitely the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Subway. I ended up waiting a few minutes to get served which was... understandable, there were a couple people waiting before me. An African American employee approaches me, she looks at me andsays nothing, I say ?hi, how are you?? Yet again, nothing. I was thinking *okay, maybe she?s having a bad day* so I just gave myorder and instead of her asking ?what kind of bread, what kind of cheese?? I had to tell her myself. YOU are supposed to beserving the customer... I?m not supposed to be giving you a pedicure while you?re doing your job. Halfway through preparing mysub she ended up walking away. I?m amazed at the fact that she?s still employed let alone working a customer service job. I wasthen served by a young Hispanic girl who didn?t speak a word of English. I tried to give my order with the limited knowledge ofSpanish I know. Luckily I ended up getting my order, the sub was fine but the experience left such a bad taste that I won?t begoing back. Really small location, but does have 5 tables to eat at, with a bathroom that could be remodeled. Could be cleaner, but the... customer service was ok. The young lady was very nice and polite. The garlic cheesy bread was not so bad on the meatballsandwich. A few blocks from south beach, so good choice if you wanna buy to take down and eat. Read more
Worst subway I?ve ever been to. Dirty and No bathroom or place to wash hands.
