I ordered through uber and noticed it came from here by the receipt. I took the time to send a report, but i want to go here... also. Lets go down the order i placed. I asked for 2 ham and cheese sourdough melts, and 6 donuts that includes: 1 powder, 2old fashion, 2 chocolate glazed, and 1 strawberry frosting. And thats it. What i got wasnt good. The sandwiches tasted like itsat outside in a bad for a day or so and then thrown into a 600 watt microwave for 15 seconds. The bread, bland. The cheese,certainly not melted like the name of it says. As for the donuts, i got 2 powder, 1 glaze, and 1 strawberry. The chocolateglaze were missing, and on top of that: i was charged as if they were included in the bag. Everything about this order and mealis a complete disaster and waste of money. It feels like I've been robbed of my money while given food that isnt fresh whenthey're advertised to be fresh and hot (the food was also cold). I'm going to start out first by saying I go todunkim almost every day, this location isn't the normal one I go to and I haven't... been more disappointed in my life. The service was tarible, I was the only one in line and I waited 5 min to even order! Afterthat they got my order wrong and took 200 points away from my DD rewards app; when I confronted them about it he gave me aditudeand refused to give the points back.
