My sandwich tasted like steam, and barely had enough cheese on it to be able to say it had cheese on it. The employees where... extremely unwelcoming and I even heard them complaining in the back about what I ordered because apparently no one ever ordersthat..... Rude and disrespectful. I was going through the drive thru and I asked for one second to look at the menu but the cashier... immediately started asking me for my order. When I told her my order I asked what drinks do they have, she listed all of thedrinks and then I asked her if she had Dr pepper and she said that she only had the drinks she said with a nasty attitude. Today at exactly 21:39:18 which is 9:39pm i went to this restaurant and i got to the speaker the girl was beyond GHETTO AND VERY... RUDE and wouldn?t let me place my second order so when i got to the window and asked for the manager the lady at the window saidthere wasn?t a manager so i asked to speak to the lady that was being rude and she threw her hand at me and walked off, thecustomer service are terrible at this exact location I?ve been going to this miami grill over 10 year?s and never had a problembut now they just hire any and everybody and the lady at the window told me the girl that was being rude name is TOYA if that?strue, and after i spent 57.75 my food still was not fresh how i asked, I?m going to make a bigger complaint than this becauseit?s sad we pay so much monet and get awful customer service and poor service of our food but I won?t be returning back soanybody reading this think twice before going to that miami grill, I?m 33 years old i always write good reviews everywhere i gothis is the first time i ever wrote a bad review that girl needs to be fired and that?s my honest opinion Read more
They don?t have a sign for Uber eats drivers. I waited in the drive thru 10 mins no movement at all. One of the workers came out... when I parked the car to go inside she said it?s closed you have to wait in line. I wait another 10 mins & rolled the windowdown to ask if I can just get the order & she said you have to park on the side & go up to the window & claimed she had saidthat earlier when she didn?t. I go up to the window & they say it will take 10 more mins to cook chicken for the salad. Unlessyou have 20 + minutes to spare waiting at night I wouldn?t waste your time. Management should put signs up for delivery driversso they know when they close inside, where to pick up, if they?re going to be providing orders through Uber eats then it needsto be more organized & deliveries should be priority. The food is always fresh at this location.the people taking your order can sometimes be a hit and miss,but for the most part... your order is always right and it's never that long if a wait. Atmosphere can be clean at times but they do be busy,so there canbe little windows for cleaning.overall your in good hands here Read more
