For some reason, everytime I choose curbside pickup. I find myself having to walk in to grab my own food and they always say... it's ready, when it's still a 10 minute wait. Love the food but the service definitely needs and overhaul. Read more
What a disaster, the lack of attention these people have is f... annoying! They keep forgeting items when I order delivery.... Today was the last straw, ordered pick-2 and the sandwich never arrived, just the salad and chips. There's always something, nonapkins, no utensils, pizza's always cold, baguette side feels like a rock, 3 days old bread. I'm done!!!! 15 mins waiting for amanager to solve this stupid issue, had to call again and a girl tells me they're busy and the manager will give me a refund, Isaid I don't want a refund, I want my sandwich that I've been waiting for the last 45 mins, can you send it? Ordered the pick 2. Chicken noodle soup and half a tuna sandwich. My husband got the same. There was so much salt in both the... soup and the sandwich that we were afraid to eat it. We both have high blood pressure. I understand that food is prepared withsalt but this was ridiculous and could be dangerous to some. Not to mention that much salt just tastes terrible. Read more
I came here to eat and asked one of the workers for my food then he tells me that my silverware is under the plate when I go to... check the plate and the silverware the knife is super dirty with stains of cheese on it then he goes and tells me that theydon?t polish silverware here if they?re not going to polish silverware just give a plastic silverware before hand so they don?thave this review. And then as I told him this They all began to talk loudly and making fun of the fact that their customerservice was extremely terrible if you?re going to talk bad about an experience with the customer at least don?t be loud about itto where you can hear it needs to work on customers service. I love the menu from Panera but not all the locations have the same service. This one in particular has very rude serves ????. I... went to have breakfast with my daughter and they prepared my order wrong and when I asked for a new one they got upset and thethrough the new oatmeal in a dirty bowl. I was very disappointed how they behaved, but this is Hialeah what else I can expect????? Read more
