Google says they close at 12a, but at 10:10pm they were basically already closed. The one and only thing they claimed they had... was pork Tropichops. No sides. No toppings. No sauces. No deserts. No drinks. No bread. No salads. When I pulled up to thewindow, there were two people getting food that WASN'T a tropichop, so at this point I can assume is these people just wanted togo home early. It's hard to belive I wasn't lied to. On top of that, the girl at the window was coughing phlegm up whileputting my food into a bag. She also had a huge slice of not caring, which is the least of my complaints. Read more
Utterly disappointed. I ordered a chicken and pork tropi chop. The chicken smell raw and the pork was pieces of fat glob. The... rice and beans is horrible. Word to all, buy your food and cook at home. These establishments are robbing hard working people byoffering garbage while they profit. Read more
Update: Review would have been deleted & all forgiven by simply replacing my inedible food. Explained with old food as proof,... had to get in line which was fine. Made it to the register but manager disappeared. Waited a long time on the side. Had to askfor manager again. Finally she came and everything was corrected. No one should be made to feel guilty for asking for what theypaid for. I know staffing is tough right now which is why I always have manners and use my library voice even if not deserved.Airport location should provide the training. 1 ?? - Seriously Pollo. Please retrain staff. The chicken is dry and thepresentation is disturbing. The sandwich looked better than it tasted. Can?t even eat this regrilled chicken. And the wrap wasdefinitely crumbling before being wrapped and sold with the same dry old overcooked chicken as the wrap. Please do betterinstead of wasting peoples money and time. Read more
Worst experience ever. -ordered a whole chicken got 4 ribs no breast -all 4 ribs are so not fresh like they been in a... refrigerator or something and they just microwaved it it tasted awful -rice was the same so bad My friend recommended me thatplace saying it?s awesome but I regret every penny i spent on that awful meal Read more
Food is good. Love the bread. Sometimes the machine where you order is broken and they force employees to sit out in the hot sun... and take our orders. Around where you make that turn to the always broken order machine, they put some sort of cement to blockyou from driving off after ordering. I do not like that at all. We were in a rush, couldn't wait any longer and decided to justdrive over it. Chicken skin always tastes great (even when its burnt) But other than that the chicken is hard, burnt orundercooked. It is always something with the chicken here. Everytime I order. TropiChop is great and always my to go meal. Read more
7/23@ 4pm ordered chicken chop with Yellow Rice. Received White rice. This demonstrates the lack of following instructions. No... one pays attention. The shrimp ceviche was half empty. Too many young people, no supervision. Read more

Placed an online order early in the day for a later pickup. Arrived late for the pickup and the food was not ready because they... ran out of the item on my order. I was not notified by phone or email prior to arrival and was told they didn't have that info.which was on my order confirmation. I was also told the order could not be canceled because it was placed online. This was myfirst online order and it will be a long time before I do this again. A replacement was my only option but not what I wanted andthe service sucked. Staff doesn't care and it showed. Read more
