This Carrabba?s location never disappoints. Santiago who is the proprietor is amazing. He cares about individuals who have... dietary restrictions or allergies and goes above and beyond to make sure the food comes out correctly. I feel very welcome andat home when dining there. Beautiful experience. Our waiter was so full of life and made our visit enjoyable. Fresh warm bread dipped in some olive oil is... a what a Mediterranean person have for breakfast so it was nostalgic for me and delicious. The salads are great. We had thechicken. Love that they grill the chicken because it just taste different. Had the filet. Was cooked to the my requestedtemperature, very tender and delicious. One of the best carrabbas I have been to so far. First time at carrabba's, gotta say it wasn?t great. First of all if you don?t eat meat prepare to be disappointed, even their... soups have meat in it. Table of 5, our 30 minute wait turned into an hour and 15 minutes wait. Our Caesar side salads were verybare, hardly any lettuce, definitely no dressing. Our food came out 35 minutes or more after we ordered it. First plate out wasour 10 year old kids plate, then a long time later after she was done eating, we received the 4 other plates. 3 of the 5 plateswere burnt or missing items. They took 2 of our plates to redo them, huge mistake, huge, that took another 30 minutes or more.So 2 of us didn?t eat, we took it to go because my 10 year old was falling asleep. The table behind us was also complainingabout the wait and that their food was burnt. All this because the restaurant had a table of 20 in the middle, so the cookscouldn?t handle the rest of the customers. Our server Luis was amazing, he was attentive, helpful and kind. He was trying hisbest in the poor situation that was happening. Was the food I have no idea, I only ate bread and my food was taken to go becauseI had 1 of the burnt plates. I suggest no one goes on a Saturday, it will be horrible. Read more
