I ordered online and went to Einstein when notified by the app. The app took away the delivery to the car so I called. No one... answered the phone so I went inside. I asked a worker there about online orders and she just made a hand reference to where togo. I went where told and asked someone else who also gave me a vague hand gesture to where to pick up. Their bagels are always on point. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The caramel macchiato is a hit or miss depending on... who makes it, but im not docking points for that. They always make sure online orders are completed so I appreciate not waitingin line for it when I arrive. Read more
2nd time at this location. The 1 star rating is not due to service. In fact the staff was very courteous and very pleased with... the service. The big issue that needs attention is the poorly maintained AC system. In a time when the air we breathe and ourrespiratory systems are constantly attacked with the viruses, it is of the highest priority of the spaces we enter be clean.This filth is not from just a few weeks. This is clearly going back months and it?s disappointing to know that a healthinspector has not made a point to address this issue. I noticed while I waited for my order and looked up and saw the conditionof the ceiling paneling. It is totally unacceptable especially in a place where there is bread. This requires a replacement ofall paneling and air vents. This can?t be cleaned and should be replaced. I hope the right person in management takes theinitiative to do the proper cleanup with no food inside. Definitely I won?t be returning under these conditions. I have my shareof respiratory issues and can?t put my life at risk. Read more

Einstein Bros. Has many locations throughout Miami, this one has plenty of parking and seating area including outside. Their... staff was friendly and helpful, the location clean and service was relatively quick. We order bagels for a company meeting todayand some for us to eat there despite the fact that our order had a couple of dozen bagels and a dozen of brownies (extremelydelicious) by the way they didn?t offer plates, forks or napkins until we asked for them. I was expecting something more like a low quality chain breakfast but this honestly surprised me. I love Einstein Bros now.... Their blueberry muffins are *insanely* good. Me and my girlfriend both got the brisket bagel, I gotta say I was impressed. Thebrisket wasn't anything crazy but for 6 am, I was in shock with the quality. All the baked goods taste very fresh and nice. Thecoffee is wonderful too. Einstein Bros Bagels has definitely perfected a theory of relatively Supreme breakfast. ???? Read more
