To start off, the customer service is on point! The moment you walk in you are greeted by smiles and professionalism. The first... time I visited this location was on Mother's Day and I was very impressed by the service, quality of food/drinks, andatmosphere. Normally, when you go out dining, you only have one specific waiter/waitress. In this gem you get different facesthat pass by and just ask if you need anything. That was different and we enjoyed the attention. My mom was very impressed withthat. We had a gentlemen at the end, Andy, that went above and beyond. The live entertainment was phenomenal, the singer has awireless mic and goes table to table and sings for each party. Beautiful voice! Since then I have returned and I get the same5-star experience! This beautiful restaurant is literally a little piece of Italy right in the heart of Miami lakes. It’s romantic, cozy, so... nostalgic. The staff is so attentive, i came in on Saturday night and sat at the bar for dinner. The bartender (i didn’t catchhis name, but he’s Cuban) was incredibly attentive, i had the carbonara pasta *chef’s kiss* (highly recommend!) and i addedshrimp to it. It was incredible. I instantly fell in love with the place, so i came back on Sunday with my little one and let mejust say.. i was WOWED. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. This time I tried the Chilean sea bass with mash (WOW,that’s all I’m going to say ????????). As far as drinks go, the mescalitaz & their espresso martini are a must! Therestaurant also has an amazing wine selection in case you’re in the mood for something nice to go with your dinner. All inall, i give this location a TEN, it’s perfect for date night or a casual dinner at the bar. I honestly fell in love with theservice so i can’t wait to come back. Read more

First of all, I want to say thank you to the amazing staff for helping to make my mom's 95th birthday celebration... spectacular! From the moment we made the reservation to the very last detail, everything and everyone was phenomenal! My onlydisappointment came when I went home and reviewed my bill. I had originally ordered a bottle of Amarone, which was about $120.The waiter later told me that the bottle I had ordered was unavailable, but he would find one for a comparable price. I trustedhis judgment, and thought no further of it. When I got home and reviewed the bill, the cost for the bottle he substituted was$195! I would never have approved that! Secondly, when he brought the bottle to the table, he gave it to the two men in ourparty, who were at the other end of the table from me, to taste. I didn't say anything, but I found it quite rude, considering Iwas the one who had ordered the bottle, and I was the one who was paying for it. I would have let this go until I saw thedifference in price. I hate to think he did this so I would not approve the more expensive bottle. Other than that unfortunateincident, our memories of the day are wonderful, and we will return to the restaurant for future celebrations.
