This store has been the best since opening. Great service. Great employees. In the past several months it?s declined drastically... in service. They?re slow. They run out of ingredients quite regularly, they?ve been out of Brown sugar syrup since 8/19. AndI?ve experienced employees who are anything but friendly or welcoming. On my last visit I ordered the feta egg wrap and theyneglected to warm it up. It was as cold as ice. They need to get someone in this store to manage it properly. Read more
This was my local Starbucks until I moved away to go to University! I came back after graduation and it?s just as good as it... used to be! I tend to go here to get things done and do some work. My drink is always made exactly how I order it and the staffALWAYS treats me with love! Even after 3 years oh being away from here, the older employees still remembered me by name! 5/5stars! ?? Can?t get a order right. I ordered a Double Espresso Shot on ICE with heavy cream and NO SUGAR. They brought me a HOT double... espresso shot. This is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. I don?t know what these other reviews are talking about. I live on the same street and I?ve... gone here at different times of the day. They leave the mobile orders behind the counter with a group of customers waiting forthem to be called out. Can?t tell you how many times I?ve watched my drink melting there until I finally reach over and grab itmyself. Everyone is always running around looking busy but not really handling anything. It?s the oddest thing. I think it?sbecause they have all children working there. When I do see the older staff members it seems to be running better to be honest. Read more

This is hands-down not only the fastest Starbucks I have ever been to but it is the fastest drive through window I have ever... been through. I Love coming here what a great experience. Keep up the great work employees. Hat to edit my review to 3 starsfrom 5 because this place is terrible before 9 am.
