I love this Starbucks , this place always have great energy there. the refreshers taste refreshing every time .
While the quality of the merchandise is excellent, the service is subpar. "Baristas" barely acknowledge your presence while they... robotically fill your orders. This Starbucks is in an "upscale; neighborhood so the folks in Seattle HQ have plenty to lose ifit closes down. It is no small wonder why SBX market share is plummeting and stores are being closed at a record pace. While thetransition toward mostly drive-in service may be good for the shareholders, it has essentially destroyed the "StarbucksExperience." Note to Control Tower: It was never about the coffee. I was having a really rough day, and needed a break, so I went to get coffee. Ariana and William took me by surprise with how... amicable, professional, and genuinely happy they seem. Every Starbucks has the same menu, but the experience can be drastically different from location to location. This is by far my... favorite location. The staff works hard and will go out of their way to make sure you?re happy with your order. Unfortunatelyit seems like turnover is high at this location, so sometimes the business will scale back hours as they are not able to fillall the shifts. There are also times when they get slammed and you end up waiting 30 minutes for an order. These occurrencesare rare but when they do happen they are a real pain. Read more
