Every time I come to this BK on my lunch break im greeted with the BEST customer service I've ever had on a drive-through. Super... props to the team and management of this location. I had to pay original price for my order because the coupon my Burger King app had wasn?t loading in their system. Instead of... honoring it they made me pay full price. I worked at Burger King for years and I know they could have given the coupon price butnone of the managers tried to do anything about it. The most helpful one was the cashier. This Burger King is a joke to dine in but I figured nothing should possibly go wrong with a simple Uber order. The food tasted... stale and cold. Must have been cooked hours ago + I guess they don?t know how to edit orders so instead I had to request arefund for my missing items. Definitely don?t recommend ubering from here. Read more
