I went Tuesday July 5 at around 9:00 pm and used the drive thru. The young man at the window forgot to give me the paper bag... with the beans inside that was included in my order. I even asked him if my order was complete and he said yes. I realized thatonce I was home. When I went back, the same guy gave me a nasty attitude when I asked for the beans that he had forgotten. Ivebeen to that Pollo for many years, never had such a bad experience. Returned saturday October 15 at around 445pm.
