DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY! That?s the second time when I order to go and the food was old and soggy. The yuca was so bad that it... was no longer fried! Also the portion size was significantly smaller than when you go and dine in. I got the mini jalea andarroz chaufa and right away called and complained. The girl was rude and unapologetic. I decided that I should bring the foodback and have them redo it. The difference was huge! Moral of the story is that when you order on the go they give you old foodsee the picture for yourself. The customer service is horrible and it seems that they don?t even know how to make it right. Iwork in a restaurant myself and have been for the last 20 years but this experience here was appalling. I do understand thatthere is an inflation going on but don?t cut on the portions and give old food to the customers. Learn how to do better oryou?ll lose all of your customers!Also teach your employees what an impeccable customer service is because they?re so far fromthat notation. Read more

This place is AMAZING! Honestly I wish I could give them more then 5 stars. The ceviche is so fresh and probably one of the best... in all of Miami. We also had the Pulpo Anticichero, Arroz com Mariscos and Arroz norteño with the pork belly and it was allsoooo good. I?m hard to please and I would come back in a heart beat.
