So, the "manager" named Rosa tricked me. I came here for happy hour ONLY ($6-8 dish) and she told me it's dine-in only. Cool, no... problem. Then, I asked her for classic burger with fries. She asked me if I wanted bacon with it. I said yes. At the end of mybill, she charged me for a regular burger BECAUSE the bacon was added. While dining at this location, the servers were not welcoming or attentive. The restaurant was not busy at this time. Each time... I made a request, I had to remind her to bring it back to the table. When we finally received everything we needed I discoveredhair in my food. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that there was no manager on site. I stood in front of thecounter waiting to be assisted and was ignored by two servers. Read more
This particular restaurant has very good cooks. In my opinion the quality is better than the average IHOP. Give it a try!
This place was the worst restaurant I have ever been. We just got into town for vacation and wanted start out with breakfast... after a long flight. It was close to the airport and not to busy. We were seated and the waiter (Francisco) went to get thecoffee. He brings back this coffee carafe that looks like someone pouted strawberry syrup all over, puts on the table and walkedaway. My daughter was like daddy the coffee pot is dirty. I said its just the outside I need coffee. He comes back 10 minuteslater and said what would you like to order, I gave him the order and he was gone in a blink of an eye. Ten more minutes goes byand he walks by the table to drop of the check. I said we haven't received our food yet and he responded as he quickly walkedaway its coming. At this point you think I would be losing my wind and storming out but I really don't have the energy and justwanted my coffee because its 7am and we just spent the last 12 hours on a airplane. Guess what, ten more minutes goes by and thefood finally arrived. Well the food wasn't that great either and I already finished my 1 cup of coffee and it was time to leavebefore I loose my cool. I gave my daughter a $20 bill to pay the tab that was $19 and some change and she went up to registerwhile I look for some singles to leave on the table. Well as I stood up my daughter walked up to me and said he won't take themoney because it wasn't enough to cover his tip.......I am going to be pleasant and say I won't be back and IHOP you have lost acustomer. if i could i?d give this location a 0.5 stars. after a long flight i came over to the Ihop for some breakfast and i was highly... disappointed. the guy at the door didn?t have pleasant customer service? the walls are dirty, the floors are black, chairs areripped. i was extremely unhappy with my visit!! Since traffic was unreal today, I stopped in to grab a bite. Honestly, the food was acceptable. The eggs were cooked to... perfection which was shocking. The burger was juicy and hot. The waitress was nice and attentive. Now with that said we mustmove on to the issue. The owner should really invest in changing the carpet or clean it. Read more
