The food is really good. But besides the food, the staff is absolutely amazing with their generosity. Our car broke down in the... drive through and had some difficulties. It was after closing hours and they let us come inside and eat our meal and offered anyassistance to help us. Food and service was great... Food came out a little slow, BUT WAS REALLY FRESH so I guess I can't really complain about the... small wait. Honestly as sweet as the drive thru person may have been I was utterly disgusted as well as disappointed when I got my order .... For starters the presentation bamboozled me, I honestly thought that I had a well coated hot bones-less chicken wings but assoon as I grabbed one from the bunch I noticed that the others weren?t evenly coated or even coated at all . It was absolutelydisappointing. And secondly the taste of the meat itself was purely atrocious to the point it tasted raw which is quitesurprising considering how hot the chicken was . I honestly could?ve even finish the meal I had no choice but to throw it out .Another food item that truly made me upset was the Philly cheesesteak . I specifically ordered the ?classic Philly Cheesesteak?which comes with grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms and green peppers with melted Swiss American cheese. I remember specificallyasking for no mushrooms and to keep everything else and just add extra cheese . To my demise when I opened the sandwich Iinstantly noticed the lettuce which was odd to me because I NEVER get lettuce on a Philly ,absolutely insane. So greatly enoughI was given the wrong sandwich the cheesesteak itself looked grotesque and I?m just overall upset with the food and somethingneeds to be rectified Asap ! Read more

Ordered from them thru Uber Eats...if you are too....DONT DO IT!!! Veggie sandwich came withOUT cheese or the mayo even though... it said it would...they added black olives, that was not in the description and also that I happen to hate in anything (tastelike bad grapes to me)...fries were cold, cheese sticks were cold, the Beyond burger also came without Cheese and Mayo that wasin the description. We called the restaurant and the GM tried to tell us a new law was passed that does not allow Mayo to beput in food, because it is not healthy!!! We thought he was kidding...regardless he gave us a number to call and said just tellthem its wrong, I'll still get paid and they will return your money.. but there was nothing he could do...honest of him, butleaves us SOL, best option dont order from here. The place is ok. Sometimes the staff can be a little rude. Cooks sometimes are cursing and yelling in the back. The cashiers... could be a little nicer and actually respond when a customer says thank you or hello.....just saying. Read more
