Completely unprofessional and rude staff. I placed an order on Door Dash and the person making the orders refused to complete... my order because they had run out of the bread for my sandwich. When I tried to ask them politely to use another bread that theyhad available, they refused to talk to me and treated me very rudely. And they made the Door Dasher wait almost half an hourbefore letting them know that my order couldn?t be completed. So I waited more than an hour for my order and it was cancelledanyway. I would have appreciated if they could have treated me and the Door Dasher with more courtesy, considering we were bothmore than patient and kind to them. I will never buy from this store again. I love Subway and eat it almost weekly. Recently a new one opened up closer to where I work. All I can say is "wow"!! I have... never been to a Subway so clean. The food tasted super fresh. The staff were right on point. I will see you again next week. :) Read more
This is a brand new Subway. The staff here are amazing. They were quick when it was extremely busy. I recommend trying the tuna... sub with bacon toasted with provolone cheese. It was quite tasty. This was the cleanest Subway I have ever seen. Everything wasspotless and clean. I will be back and bring the work crew next time. Read more
"Eat fresh" Thankfully I never ask for American cheese. I understand it's a new location and most of the staff is probably in... training, but the service was way too slow, Domingo was working like a video in slow motion and had a face that screams "Ireally don't want to be here" Gabe on the other hand was very nice, I he seemed like he was in training but that didn't stophim from smiling and trying his best so thank you for that. 1 star for two issues in 2 days: The first issue saw me arriving on time for curbside pickup, waiting 15 minutes before I went... inside to retrieve my now-cooled toasted sub with a side of frantic apology from the sandwich artist behind the register. Noworries? I know how a lunchtime rush can be, so I kept moving hoping my next meal would be different. The next meal was worse.Today I ordered the Tony Hawk vert (basically a turkey and avocado sub, how do you mess that up?) and wound up with a tiny messof a sandwich with no smashed avocado. Imagine looking at an ad for the sandwich, only to receive something that *might* be whatyou ordered, only smaller, sadder, and lacking any real substance or nutritional value. Whoever built this thing had a verylight touch, which I suspect is either cost-cutting stinginess, poor training, or both. Sure, it?s certainly got the nicerdining room within a 1-mile radius, and to be fair there is nothing I can say that will deter the moths from the flaming messthat is the Subway?? brand (myself, included), but the service and food at this particular location was appalling enough towarrant never going back.
