Bob Evan's is my favorite of these style breakfast restaurants. The ingredients are high quality and prepared well. I also find... the service to be better too. On this visit, in pretty busy morning, we had very good service. The sausage patties are musthave. We ordered the classic breakfast, with sausage patties, and biscuits 4/5. Whole hog 4/5. I have always ordered from this restaurant because the food is always delicious and the staff is super friendly. Tonight,... however, is the reason I will order from another Bob Evans from now on. I had a curbside order and I called the restaurant tolet them know I was here, the lady straight up hung up on me and that was red flag number 1. We get home and notice that none ofthe butter, jelly, salad dressing, OR the two orders of green beans were in the bag. So we call and the girl who answered thephone was extremely rude and hung up on me AGAIN. Red flag number 2. Now, I?m on my way back and I have my receipt, and the girlsaid she would be watching out. Now I?m pulling up and I call the store and the manager, I?m assuming, came out and said, ?andwhat did you order?? To which I replied, ?the food that wasn?t in my bag and the butter and jellies.? And then another girlcomes out with a tiny cup of dressing. Red flag number 3. I went back up and POLITELY asked for more. This girl literallyscoffed at me (red flag 4) and got more dressing acting like I made her walk a mile to the store. I have never been treated withsuch rudeness than I have tonight. I understand restaurants are short staffed, but that isn?t an excuse to be rude or act likewe?re inconveniencing you. Won?t be back. Read more
Food was delicious! We were seated rather quickly and the waitress took our order promptly. She was courteous and polite. The... only thing was that it took a substantial amount of time to get our food. I ordered a side of bacon and requested it not to bereally brown/crisp it came out extremely well done and it took quite a while to get it. The bacon was overcooked. Ordered a carry out order. When we arrived order had been given to someone else. Almost no apology. Was told we could wait for... it to be remade. That took another 30 mins on top of the 40 we waited originally. No compensation offered. Waiting to feed yourfamily that long is unacceptable. It?s up to the front person to hand out orders. To give it to the wrong person and not offer arefund is the worst customer service. We started doing carry out because our last two in store experiences were so bad. Horribleservice and rude staff. Walked in a waitress was tapping on the screen while her arm & hand was in her hair. She sent someone else but I watched her... leave the register & take good without washing her hands. Ordered my eggs over medium they came bound well done. The amount ofgrease in the hash browns was disgusting. French toast was good. Read more
