This is a fun place for a birthday party for a young child. It was clean and all the games and rides were working well. We had our son's 5th birthday party there. It was the worst experience at Chuck E Cheese ever. The party was at 10am, when they... first open. So I can understand some stuff not being on/ready but they didn't turn any games on for 12-15 mins and then kids hadto wait 20 mins to get cards to be able to play. So they missed all that time to play. A lot of the games weren't even working.They've changed the amount of tickets given for games to 1-5 tickets. So it's hard to accumulate a decent amount to redeem foranything good. The selection of prizes, toys, candy etc has gone down. The stuff is all extremely cheap. The dart board my sonchose- he can't even play with because the darts bounce off with how cheap and hard it is. Then they charged us for an extrapizza, upgraded our pizza to stuff crust- we didn't ask for either the pizza nor stuff crust. Parents watch your receipts forextra charges. They also charged $11 extra for 3 drinks. So that was an added $40 plus we didn't know about until after we gothome. Our hostess said my fiancée "HAD" to give her a $20 tip, she takes credit or cash!! PARENTS A TIP IS OPTIONAL!!!!Reviews are suppose to be our opinion and experience. But hostess and management didn't want to help fix or make anything rightthey just wanted "good" reviews or they'd get in trouble so make sure it's good. Staff was overwhelmed and did not take care of my kids birthday party like they should have. They call it 2 hours of unlimited... play and they wasted time for kids to play by being understaffed 300 plus dollar party should be handled better will not be back Read more
Very impressed with this Chuck E. Cheese store! Clean, Professional....short staffing is everywhere it seems....so food took a... little time...but very good! Salad bar good too!! My mom calls it the 'Dancing Rat' place..... lol ! Great store! Gr'daughter had a Great Birthday party! Read more
I really enjoyed myself being there with my grandson I have not been to Chuck cheese and I don't know how long. the food was... excellent the fun that he had was so much enjoyable I told my grandson I will come again with him the atmosphere is nice my onlyissue is the Chuck character was just too bland he didn't have an exciting bounce in him, he just stood there like a bump on alog. but it's okay he must be young and was not into the enjoyment but overall I give it a five star please replace your Chuckcheese young character . with a more exciting person the kids really love him, he didn't seem excited but it's okay we'll returnagain Read more
Just had my sons 3rd birthday there. Absolutely disappointed with everything! Our party wasn't ready when we arrived. Our... hostest seemed very unorganized. For the Absolutely outrageous price I paid, it was awful!! Never will have a party there again.Our whole party was rushed and they even lit my sons birthday candle and started singing and he wasn't even at the table smh.Can't believe I paid for such disappointment. And to beat all, most of my guest felt disrespected and couldn't believe howhorrible this visit was. Been calling today and haven't been able to even get through to speak to a manager. Read more
Pricing for parties is way too high and not worth what they offer. My daughter didn't get to see chuckie.. and the sound system... for the birthday sing along was really low and hard to hear. I feel like pricing for parties should go down when they can'tdeliver during the pandemic. Going forward, instead of spending $200 for a reserved party we will Just bring your own partystuff and sit on the other side and purchase pizza and coins separately I do have to say I give it a extra star (4) because thepizza was really good during our party very fresh and delicious! 1st off I felt bad for the guy doing the party, he really tried his best. They had so many parties going on at 1 time, and the... tables wasn't big enough for the presents and the food. I seen people taking cups from one party and giving them to theirfriends. So when our kids went to get their cups they didn't have any. When we went and said something they said we would haveto pay for extra cups. So of course the people that took our children's cups didn't have to pay for their extra cups becausethey took ours. And yes they knew it was our table. They just went looking at the tables and grabbed any of them that lookedlike it wasn't used yet, and gave it to an older child or adult. We did say something, but of course nothing was done. And theyeven took some of our cupcakes. Their excuse was they thought we was done. Who does that? The Birthday girl was opening hergifts, so no we wasn't done. Maybe if they had ask we would have given them a cupcake or 2. I thought the one in Springfield wasbad but I will never have another party here again. Read more
