We tried Cousin Vinny's for the first time tonight. I love pizza. But, there was hardly any sauce on the pizza and what was on... there hardly had a taste to it. The cheese sticks were burnt and they didn't have any spices on them. The chicken bites wereokay, but, I have had better. Overall, for the $41 we paid for, it was only worth $20 total for all three. Our order never showed up. We eventually called and the guy said he knocked several times before leaving the food at the door,... but neither of us heard any knocking. Because he never called us we can't be certain if he delivered to the wrong place or ifsomeone stole the pizza from our doorstep. We asked for a refund, but we were told there was nothing they could do. Lookingthrough the reviews this seems like a common issue here, and while it's nice to see the owner respond to everyone it looks likethat's all talk with no actual changes being made. I'd like to rate this place higher, as I do like the food, but $20 for foodthat we never get to eat is a bit steep for me. Read more
My wife and I have a dedicated pizza night, so we can just hang out and have a cheap/ cheesy... pun intended...night to... ourselves, because you should continue to date each other throughout your relationship. Our most frequent pizza place ofchoice... Cousin Vinny's, and our pizza of choice... steak formaggio...along with the cinnamon sticks and drinks...and we haveourselves a good time every time. Placed an order for delivery at 10:17 and the estimated wait time was 50 minutes. I checked the app and at 10:39 the food was... out for delivery. Then comes 11:42 still no food and we only live maybe 10 minutes away. I rechecked the app and it says myfood was delivered, that's odd because I'm sitting on my porch and there is no food here. I called the location to see what theissue was and they informed me that the driver knocked on the door multiple times and no one answered. If that was the casethen why didn't you call? Funny thing is that during this time not one single car even drove down my street. So obviously thedriver just didn't want to driver the pizza or something. First time getting Cousin Vinny's several months ago, the crust was white, and undercooked a bit.... But edible. I got another... order last week, and called to make sure it's well done. Whoever answered sarcastically said "we won't burn it". When itarrived, it was all on one side of the boxes, the crust was very undercooked, quite doughy. Literally had to cook takeout pizza.If I wanted to do that, I would've went over to Kroger and get frozen pizza and save $30. Don't think I'll give them anothertry. Read more
We order from here all the time and we Ordered a pizza and bread sticks the other night. The driver showed up and said he forgot... the bread sticks and he will run and go get them and be right back, but he never showed back up. Called the next day andexplained the situation to Brandy. She gave us the option for a refund or the bread sticks and apologized. Great customerservice Read more
I am no longer ordering from here again. I placed an order around 1am and was quoted 50mins. Fast forward to around 1:30 and the... tracker said my pizza was delivered but it obviously wasn't. I give it a little more time and I call the store to see whathappened. The man who answered the phone had an attitude and told me it would be there in a few minutes. I waited until about2:30am and NOTHING! They never showed up, never called or anything. Read more
I would say 75 percent of the time it's a good place to get a cheap meal. Don't complain to management. Nothing will happen. ... Owners do not do anything to help. Read more
