Overall, my quarrel isn't with the quality of the pizza, per se, but with the customer service. Rarely do I leave reviews beyond... the simple star rating but when I'm charged for products I don't receive, well, I feel compelled. I ordered online, putting in arequest for half supreme, half Hawaiian and a 20 Oz drink. Upon receipt, there was no half and half, rather, everything waseverywhere, and I didn't get the 20 oz drink. Luckily, I caught the Doordash driver as he was headed back to his vehicle. Whenasked about the drink he said he double checked upon pickup and was told twice there was only the pizza. Furthermore, the staffdidn't furnish him with an itemized list for the order. Overall, 2 dollars won't leave me destitute, but as a business,shouldn't the objective be to give the customer what they've paid for? It was incredibly disappointing to not get the drink,leading me to make a trip to Meijer in some sweats. I understand times are difficult in the staffing realm, and I have workedin the food service industry for around 6 years in the past. It's just courteous to ensure orders are correct. I tried callingthe store to see about simply refunding that part of the order and the line was picked up, then promptly hung back up. Inaddition the website informed me the location closed at 10 and I would have to wait to contact that location..at 745pm. Thepizza was okay, the service was not and I honestly doubt that I will order from this location moving forward. People will tell afew people about a positive experience but will tell many more about a negative one. Read more

Extremely rude staff. Stedman, the apparent manager, was extremely rude, interrupting, and called me a liar when I told him that... they had just delivered to me 3 weeks ago. This was all over them telling me that they don?t deliver to my address, which theyhad just recently done, when I?m only 2.4 miles away from them. After calling me a liar, he got upset that I used a cuss word,that was not directed at him, when telling him again that they had just recently delivered to me. He then got even more rude andhung up on me. When I called back, he was still being rude, and then told me that he was not going to serve me and that if Icall back again he?s calling the police. Ordered off of door dash, and the order delivered was completely not what we ordered. There wasnt even a ticket attached to the... boxes to indicate what they were or who they were for. When I called the store to try to figure out who I could get the food Iordered I was told "theres nothing we can do because it was a door dash order." So I went through doordash and got my moneyback. But will never be ordering from a denatos again which is a shame because my employees enjoyed getting them on friday, butpapa johns will have to suffice. Read more

This Donatos has been one of the most frustrating locations we've frequented (it's the closest to our house), but will say this... was the best pizza (10" pepperoni+sausage) we've had from there in awhile. I might be back to edit this review because this hashappened before: one good pizza, then a whole bunch of bad pizzas. The usual problem is they overcook them. It's been a problemhere ever since they introduced the thicker crust. And they have told me that's what happens, and to order it light bake. You dothat, and then it's undercooked.
