This was my first time eating Hardee?s and my family & I will never go back. Our food was atrocious. We probably sat in the... drive through for 20+ minutes, for our order to come out wrong & nasty. After my husband repeated the order at least 4 differenttimes for it still to come out wrong, is beyond me... Burgers and curly fries (that we didn?t ask for) were warm (at best), mybun was burnt (literally black) - it was just an overall horrible experience. Customer service from the lady at the window wasnon existent. I?m not sure if all Hardee?s are like this but I definitely do not recommend this location at all. Read more
Ordered onion rings, got French fries. Ordered hot ham cheese with American cheese, not Swiss. Got warm sandwich with Swiss... cheese. Wanted advertised peaches & cream pies. They did not have them, but signs were still up. Only 2 people were working, sothe wait was long. Went back up to check on onion rings. They were under the warmer instead of calling us up for them. On 9/20 at 445pm they had no cars, made me wait then told me they thought they were out of the stuff for my order. Didn?t even... know for sure. Clearly just didn?t want to work. Why even be open. Just close the business down at this point. It?s like thisevery time. Read more
One word-horrible! Waited 20 minutes for service after we kept being told they would be with us in a minute. The topper was our... food was cold, we were rang up for medium drinks because the guy said they were only a dollar, but he turns around and gives ussmall cups. We watched 7 people walk out the door because they wouldn't get waited on. That's money walking out! We will nevervisit here again, we'll wait until we travel and stop at a Hardees in another town. I waited for 30 + minutes in the drive thru. When I got to the window the guy working was very nice. He said it was just him and... his manager. I felt sorry for them they was running the whole store just the 2 of them. They need more workers desperately. Noone wants to work nowadays. It?s like this everywhere I go anymore. Store on 741 near Dayton Mall is excellent with quality of food, and courtesy. Waited a minute for my breakfast, but all was... fresh and hot!! Wished they was closer to West Milton! Read more
Went to the Springboro Pike Hardies about 3 weeks ago and the greeting was what do you want. I said two of the $5 chicken... tenders. I was told they didn?t have chicken tenders. When there today, they don?t have the $5 chicken tender meals so I orderedone of the 5 tender combo and one order of 5 tenders. I then asked for the hot honey sauce and was told they were out then I wastold they have no dipping sauce. That is the second time I have driven off with no food. I will never be back I?m sure thislocation will be closing soon. It was really hard to understand her when I was ordering. Read more
Worst drive thru in the area. Always long wait times with only 2 cars in the drive thru. This hardees is either understaffed... or the staff doesn?t care. Probably both. Obviously management and the owner know about it but don?t care enough to fix it. Can?t even see how this hardees stays in business. Read more
