Don't go here they have horrible service. Ordered a pizza at 6:22. They said it would be 55 to 65 minutes. Show up at 7:22 and... my pizza hadn't even been made yet. They just started making excuses why it wasn't ready. Then they told me it would be another30 to 35 minutes. They had 6 people in there working and two people making pizzas. Read more
I do not reccmonend ordering from here. I've ordered at 7:10, and it's been an hour and 29 minutes and my order still has not... been here. On top of that, I've called and have been on the like for 20 minutes, and no one has answered my call. Worse placeever. Read more

This is a garbage establishment. Food quality is very poor, service is even worse. Idk if their drivers can't read or what... because it's not hard to read the note that says don't knock etc. Id suggest literally anywhere else. Too bad one star islowest Read more
Papa John's Pizza carry-out from the S. Alex Rd location in West Carrollton. I'm not a huge fan of Papa John's in general. The... last time I had it, it was bought for me. But for some reason, that's where I found myself. ???????? I tried the jalapeno popperrolls, and was highly disappointed. I ended up adding more cream cheese and reheating them at home. I think some other reviewers are expecting a little too much from Papa John's especially considering the current state of supply... chains and workforce. I've only ever gotten carry out from this location and my food's always been hot, fresh, and correct. Mybiggest complaint would be the last couple times the pizza hasn't been cut all the way. You can see they made an attempt, butthe cut doesn't go all the way through the dough. It's as if the cutter isn't sharp enough and/or the person cutting isn'tapplying enough downward force when cutting. Other than that everything else has been fine. Read more
I order 2 Shaqaroni pizzas and they gave me two regular pepperoni piazzas in a bigger box. Then the manager argued me about how... they didn't mess up. I've had multiple Shaqaroni pizzas and what they sent me was a large pepperoni. This isn't the first timethey've sent me the wrong order. Avoid this location, the management is terrible. Read more
