I came here the other day and ordered an iced drink and was served a hot one. When I politely told the worker at the window that... the drink was supposed to be iced, she rolled her eyes and shut the window in my face. I work in customer service and I alwaystreat workers with respect because I would want to be treated the same so her attitude was completely unwarranted. When I calledthe manager after I left the drive thru she defended the employee by saying the drink I ordered is usually made hot but I madeit a point multiple times while ordering for it to be iced. Always go here usually like it. Today I ask for the new chocolate foam drink to be over ice and blended. The only person not in... starbucks outfit, possibly the manager, told me no we can't do that. Nothing but exceptional service and quality drinks. The employees were very friendly to me and knowledgeable about the drinks... they were serving. I really enjoyed my time here.
