I worked fast food for 5 years. Inside is disgusting. Doordash is never right and good luck if you want any sauce with your... order. Employees are always rude. I dont think theyve ever gotten my order right on the first try. Always a fight and neverworth it. They are always too stoned to care about customer service. The tortilla on the cheesy Gordita crunch was stale and tough. I customized both entrees to have NO lettuce. I get lettuce on... both. And this has happened multiple times. I am done with this location. Drive thru employees are always kind. But the kitchenstaff more times than not can?t get anything right. And with my food being literally inedible I?m done trying with thislocation. Management needs to talk to staff and if you mess up a customization REMAKE it don?t just chuck it in the bag anyway.They weren?t even busy I was the only other car in line besides one at the window when I pulled up. Went through the drive thru and after waiting 30 minutes I received my food and was missing 2 items. I called to see if they... could just run the two items out of the door and I got told that they couldn't open the door. Meanwhile, there were twocustomers sitting inside. I decided to go back through the drive-through because that was seven dollars of wasted food andwaited another 30 minutes so I asked for all of my food to be replaced because now it's cold and soggy. Now, not only do I nothave all of my items again, I have the wrong items also. I called to explain and all The manager could say was I am sorry. Hewas very unprofessional and couldn't come up with a solution to the problem. ALL he could say was he was sorry. We had a straightforward order, enunciated clearly to another native English speaker, yet the young man took the order down... incorrectly three times before getting it correct. We also asked for a huge amount of ice water and a giant cup of ice. They gotthe water right, but we ended up with a large cup and less ice than they put in a beverage that size. Worst tacos ever. I put the straw in the photo for reference. The shells tasted burnt or rancid or something. Inedible. The... fillings? Where are they?
