I've had better authentic Mexican food. But its better than the chain restaurants and so much better than fast food. It's run by... a family and they are really nice. It's not too expensive either, so it's really worth a stop in. Plus it's really close to thebike trail, so you can easily stop for food in the middle of your ride! Read more

The establishment is very small with little dining space, but the service is great! The family, I?m assuming the owners, are... very friendly and the cook has a grand time! Tacos Barra Jalisco in Miamisburg. Ordered: grilled chicken bowl, grilled chicken mini taco, and chips and salsa. The taco bowl... and mini taco were really good. Lots of flavor on the mini taco! They give you a giant bag of chips, but the salsa wasdisappointing. It was very watery and not much flavor. I loved the entrees though! ???? Read more
Another random find...made a wrong turn and found myself in the parking lot. Upon entering I was warmly welcomed and encouraged... to try the 'Taco Tuesday Special!' I instead opted for the cheese enchiladas as my 1st official test of TBJ. WOW! Fulldisclosure, I love enchiladas, but I am extremely picky. These hit 100% of my high expectations: full of cheese, full flavorancho sauce, right texture, and beautifully presented. The rice and beans were phenomenal as well. Honestly, this iseverything I want in a meal. In fact, the food was so good, I took two of the tacos to go. The team forgot to tell me aboutthe house made taco shells...yeah, they were good too. Let me start by saying this is a very small place with not much table dining, but they have some of the best Mexican food I have... ever had and I will definitely be back. I have never given 5 stars to any place without impeccable service.... Till now, thefood is amazing but the service is adequate at best, but the prices are good so from now on we will get our food to go and enjoyit at a local watering hole or take it home. Delicious food! I got 5 mini chicken tacos which were very filling with great flavor. We ate in the restaurant and the staff was... very friendly. Chips and salsa were delicious as well, the chips were the best I?ve probably ever had. Salsa was mild which isperfect for me. We will be coming back! Read more
