We have driven by this place SO many times and it was either closed or too packed. Finally decided to stop for an ice cream,... upset because we had already eaten, otberwise we definitely would have ate too! All the choices looked so good, the placesmelled delicious as well as super friendly and family oriented customer service. We will be back for sure!! EDIT....SADLY today we visited parked our black bmw and went in to eat.. the owner came and parked so close to our car that we... thought she hit it.. she said she could stick her hand between it and didn't hit our car....she may not have hit it...but thatwas WAY too close . There was no apology I was met with disregard and feel thats not a respectful or acceptable safe distanceand if the owner doesn't care enough not to make a customer feel comfortable parking in front of the business well...I cant andwon't come back. No matter how good the food is sadly.. my 90k bmw is worth more than a taco.....Hands down Northwest Indianasbest kept little secret. This place is immaculately clean. Everything taste awesome. Many healthy options and cleaneating...yes healthy and clean eating in an ice cream shop ???? who would have thought. I was in town for work so I asked about local small businesses for lunch and Cabos was the recommendation. Its a fun, bright... and charming ice cream shop that has a small food menu. Customer Service was on point. Very cordial when being asked about themenu. The Birria Tacos were well prepared and presented but lacked flavor/seasoning. The chips and salsa were good. It israther expensive considering the cost for 2 tacos, chips, salsa and a pop. This was $19 without a tip so be prepared. Read more
We started going to Cabo?s because we love their ice cream and popsicles (paletas) - amazing fresh flavors. A few weeks ago we... finally tried their Mexican food and now we are going more often. My husband had a torta, my son had I had the quesadillas, andmy daughter had steak tacos. They don?t have a huge menu, but everything we have tried is high quality, substantial portions,and just delicious. The family that runs it is very friendly and provides great service.
