Went there today for my daughter's b-day and they were training a new waitress. My meal was brought out after everyone else,... they forgot to bring out my appetizer until everyone was done eating, we asked for condements three times and 1/2 hour laterthat was brought out - then both mine and my daughter's meal was still raw on the inside - fully uncooked ! The two waitresseswe had only showed up to the table to drop off the food - had to flag down another waitress to get a drink - Three of the fivemeals were OK but two of them were returned and no offer made to remake the meal - so 90$ later (plus a 20% tip that wasunworthy but customary) and still hungry we went home and made a frozen pizza - I will never return to that location. One surprisingly good plate of food (chicken pasta). One of the party had the half wrack and wasn't able to finish it. Waiting... staff where pleasant and sincere. A whole heartedly recommend restaurant. Read more
Really good service here from a professional waitress. This stood out as she looked after my group with a few special requests... and was able to assist with the menu. The food was great and matched what my expectation of Chili's is. The only improvement Icould ask for would have been cleaner restrooms. Read more
Wishing Chili's would bring back their cold turkey sandwiches. Sandwiches offered are mostly chicken and hamburgers. Years ago... they offered warm cinnamon apples and pasta salad. I was very disappointed in their menu. The sever was pleasant and she did thebest she could for being understaffed. Most likely won't be going back for awhile. Read more
The staff was short handed but was phenomenal. Our food was hot and delicious. Kudos to the staff as they all work together to... make everyone's experience at Chili's wonderful. Read more
So not the whole restaurant was even close to being open. There were like 3 people working the front altogether. They did great!... Can't help the wait time when you have no staff. The kitchen is the one that needs to work out whatever is going on... the foodwasn't good at all even for fast restaurant-quality ???? just super oily greased food from a grill top? Makes no sense. In order to post I had to give it a star. I don't know how this left the kitchen. Smh!! I ordered this last night Friday, March... 4, 2022. who ever the cook was need to be fired! I called and some girl hung up on me twice! If you don't like your job quit! I hope management see this post! Read more
Terrible... All I can say. Waitress was real nice to other customers. Not so much to us. Food was gross. My husband got a bowl... of chili that I could smell was bad fro m across the table. His cheeseburger wasn't cooked and my cajan chicken looked like ithad been cut up from left over plates. We waited to get our bill and ended up going to the bar to pay (she was also thebartender). She didn't give correct change and when my husband told her she got an attitude. Haven't been there in 8 year. Tilltonight won't be back. Read more
