The vibe was cool, but the staff seemed miserable to be there, they took ten minutes per order and they were hardly busy. I feel... like they didn't even put caffeine in the coffee to be vindictive because I didn't come in there looking all ritzy on a Sundaymorning. and they charge $9 for a half a$$ed bagel with cream cheese. The salmon actually looked turnt and brown on theedges,and looked raw. It definitely didn't look "smoked". There is hardly any salmon to justify that price. The coffee waspretty good, Starbucks is better and this is quite a drive VS how far I live. I liked the Aesthetics but probably will not beback here. Read more

Lovely café! I've been to both of the valpo locations of Fluid and loved them, and the Michigan City location is just as nice.... I especially like the hallway hangout in this location, and the decorations. It's almost like a hip office space that showcasesthe personality of the owner. As for the coffee, it's arguably the best specialty coffee in the midwest. If you're in the moodfor hot coffee I'd reccomend the Norvus Ordo, it tastes like those chocolate oranges you get at Christmas. If you're in the moodfor iced, I'd reccomend the Cosmic Coconut. Picked up the Pride blend on my way out as well, I trust that it will be wonderful! Read more
