Our bacon, pancakes, and hash browns were way over cooked. They were all dark brown. The manager and waitress argued with me... regarding the scary faced pancakes that were supposed to be free according to IHOP's website. The manager did finally agree tonot charge for the scary faced pancake. The restaurant was dirty and the booth we sat in had a huge rip in the seat. Read more

While in Michigan City we visited this IHOP. We had a large party of 15 and arrived with no "warning". We were seated within... minutes. Placed our drink orders, and waited. It took 15 minutes to get the drink orders. Then immediately had our meal orderstaken. With as many people as we had, the food came pretty quickly. I was impressed. I did have to specifically ask for arefill, instead of having it noticed. But again...large party. All in all, the food and service were pretty good. Restaurantwas pretty clean. Built my own omelet and it didn't disappoint! I'm also a big fan of their coffee here. Initial service was delayed (for drink... order) but after that was all good. Food came out quick and hot! Ther was a small order goof up, but got a side of toast to makeup for it! Read more

The quality of the food is just not the same as before. It also used to feel alot more relaxed where you could take your time... but now it feels like you're being rushed out the door. Service is always great though. The ladies in there work really hard. Read more
