I went in for my dinner tonight and got all the way home before realizing I only received part of my order. The other part was... incorrect. I went back up there with my receipt and they were extremely apologetic and insured to correct what was wrong. Theywent above and beyond! Just left the restaurant without eating because the biscuits were solid as a rock. Chicken tenders looked like left over batter... instead of chicken. Should have thought twice before ordering when my feet were sticking to the floor. When we asked for freshbiscuits the manager said they are all hard because the oven is broke. So we gave her back the full order and asked for arefund to which she said she could not give our money back but offered us cookies instead...hmmmm cookies from that same brokenoven? Read more
I've been generally positive about this location despite constant inconveniences like a non functioning drive thru speaker, no... ice for drinks, and long wait times for food. But since they are no longer accepting coupons distributed in the local mail, Iwon't be going back. Read more
Got food here on 7/30 @ 7 p.m. Terrible experience. - The restaurant was filthy. - The bathrooms were out of toilet paper and no... one has bothered to clean them since it opened this morning. - They were out of multiple food items. - then when we got ourfood, it went from bad to worse. Drinks were diluted, and the food just didn't taste right. Anyways, if you love KFC, avoidthis location. Until there is better management, it's not worth your money. Read more
My husband bought KFC on 7/15/22 @ 8:45 pm. It was horrible the Biscuits were burned and the chicken tastes salty and overly... fried. I was disappointed because just a few weeks ago I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Tried to call andinform management about it but nobody answered the phone busy signal!!! Read more
Worst kfc order chicken fell thru the box when I got it home fell on the floor I'm surprised there was any oil left for them to... make more chicken.
