This location doesn't seem to care how staff looks. Everytime I came, I'm looking at dirty uniforms. My order keeps getting... messed up. Customer service could definitely be better. The only way I will return is if this changes or if there's just nowhere else to go for food. Read more
The two McDonald's,on Franklin steet,are by far way better than the one on Michigan Blvd. At least at these two Restaurants,if... you walk in you can at least get waited on. Read more
We ordered via the drive thru at 11:30 CST. My adult daughter asked a bunch of questions about her decaf options and settled on... creating a decaf latte with decaf coffee, SF french vanilla syrup and 3 creams. Food was the typical mcdonalds quality. It took a minute to get the food ordered due to the cashier being new and by herself.... The main issue was the grouchyness in the rest of the staff. Never seen such dirty looks from people just because you asked forcondiments or because you wanted to order dessert. Workers need more customer relation training. Read more
Used mobile ordering. This service works great. The reward points are awesome you can get a free premium sandwich with a couple... thousand points. Not like other rewards systems where you need hundred thousand points or more. My service here was fast andfriendly. Food was hot and fresh!!! I was impressed at first by the new touch screen ordering. Liked the playland too, but it was filthy and in dire need of... attention. The projector in one picture is supposed to display games on the floor for kids to play with. I asked a manager ifshe could turn it on. She said corporate office controls all of it and she was unable. The tables light up and change colors.Other pictures are of the floor and slide in playland. Filthy! Food was good, but I had to pay $1.83 for 6 extra ketchuppackets. Read more
Came through the drive-thru today for 4 hash browns, was asked to pull forward to the railing where I sat for well over 10 min.... So I walked inside to inquire about my order and wait time, I asked for the manager and pointed out that there was more thanenough hash browns under the heat lamps to complete my order, needless to say the manager was rude and offer nothing but kidstoys for my wait?
