Placed an order over the app. The phone dinged saying it was ready. For pick-up. I ordered delivery.... And was told by nice... staff people that even though I only live 1.7 miles away from the store- they don't deliver. Corporate policy. So.. if I livedliterally 4 houses closer- I'd get delivery. I understand a cutoff has to be made to establish profit- but living 1.7 miles away- you'd think it was within the parameters of delivery. Crazy. Plus I ordered the Shaq pizza... I have no idea what's going on with Papa John's nowadays. They have an answering service and half the time either they can't... understand you or you can't understand them and they're rude and try to get you to hurry and place your order. You don't get totalk to somebody inside the store anymore. It is such a hassle ordering anything from Papa John's which I absolutely love that Ihave actually moved on to Domino's which is nowhere near as good as Papa John's. Read more
I did a online order everything in my order was good I love Papa John's But when I for got to order extra garlic sauce. So I... made a call to the store and asked for two sides of garlic sauce and told them not to charge on my credit card that l would paycash for it what did they do put it on my card we will take it off your card when my order gets to me no extra garlic sauce Icalled them and asked where's my garlic sauce we're sorry we forgot to put it with your order what we can do is we can send itto you right away or we can give you credit for your next order I played $37.+tip no more from me I'm done with Papa John's if Icould give zero Stars that's what you would give Read more

Pizza was super soggy, garlic sauce was coldest I've ever had, request garlic sauce for cheese bread and was given marinara that... busted out of the container and was all over when I opened it.
