Gyros plate. Lamb was deliciously tender and well seasoned. Generous portion (enough for 2+sandwiches, plus fries). I got mine... to go, but the dining area was clean and a bit outdated. As takeouts are more common than full service, it seems silly tomention the atmosphere. This is next door to a coin laundromat, so foresee many returns to eat my way through their menu. Read more
Probably among the most authentic Lebanese food that one could have in the US.
My son, my girlfriend and myself were at Pita Express today and we're extremely disappointed with the service. We were denied... the opportunity to actually sit down and eat. When we inquired as to why, we were rudely ejected from the restaurant. On top ofthat, the bread from the sandwiches we had was extremely hard and moldy. Needless to say, we will not be back again. This place is very disappointing and requires some attention from the owner to get it back on track. Opening hours are not... consistant. I drove out there a couple of times times myself only to find the place closed!!. ??I recommend you call to makesure it is open before you head out there even if it shows open on google. The inside is very disappointing as well, no menusand no pictures. They have 2 handwritten lists in a very small print and misleading terms. No greeting nor any welcoming gesturefrom the person behind the counter, as if our business wasn?t valued nor appreciated?a bother even!! I asked the associatetaking the orders about an items on the menu, she said she didn?t know how they make it the food ????????!! That explains whyit is always empty I reckon!!! ?you chase your potential customers away ????????!! ?? I recommend you research on google orknow exactly what to order ahead of time because you will get 0 help as it relates to the menu!! Don?t expect a warm welcomeneither????????!! Great family run business with really incredible gyro, falafel, dolmas, and shawarma. Service is fast and friendly and they have... recently reopened their dining room for eating in. Try their home baked deserts as well. This is the best Mediterranean meals innorthern Indiana. Read more
The Italian Beef is delicious and the gyros are amazing. I love their food and their customer service. I can?t wait to try the... falafel and chicken shawarma! This is my new go to place for Middle Eastern food! Read more
The lady behind the desk was really rude. Food was terrible. My hamburger bun was mody and fell apart. Food was disgusting.... Will not go back. Tables were dirty. We were told that we could not dine in. Read more
