Didn't get my order right at all, got premium footlong just for my sandwich to have no meat. Will not be ordering again.
$25 for 2 ft longs with no extras on our that's a bit ridiculous. No chips drink or cookies. It clearly said $9.49 per sandwich.... He told me it was taxes. $7 for tax! No possible way. Read more
I have been trying to come to this location at different times on different days and they ALWAYS seem to be closed anymore. I... understand being understaffed, but this is absolutely ridiculous! The wonderful handwritten sign on the door this evening stated?closed due to staffing and lack of product- subway team?. They were only supposed to be open from 12p-9p today. It was 7:15when we arrived. Don?t waste your time going to this location. It?s a disappointment. Heading to the one in the lighthouse mallnow. I ordered thru the app for pickup at 7:55. My order was marked as ready, only to be told once I got there they were out of my... bread choice. Then had to wait until 8:40 to get my order. I have absolutely no problem waiting, why not just give me a call soI could come later, instead I wasted 45 mins waiting in the lobby. Won?t be returning. Read more
The girl in here with medium brown-red hair who's super skinny with a nose piercing had such a bad attitude with me for asking a... question that if I hadn't had a gift card I would've walked out. Ordered a 12" Club. Had a coupon. The two ladies working were very friendly and efficient. Made a great sandwich. I left a tip... for each in their box and hope others will too. They work hard. It was Jan 13, 2022 at about 4 pm so the owner knows who did agreat job. Read more
Service is good but food not so good! Had to get sandwich replaced cuz it was so poorly made! This 1 wasn't made good either!... The food is ok it's just that they're always short staffed and I have to wait a long while for my food. I don't really go to... that location much unless I really have time to wait. Nothing bad against them, it's just I can't wait long periods of time whenI'm able to get there. It's a decent place to go overall and it's clean. The staff may need to brush up on better customerservice skills. Read more
