This was a horrible experience!!!! Train your people to do a job. Poor customer service. Waited almost 15 min for a simple... combo. 6 people working and everyone watching each other while nothing was getting done. I dined in if I were in the drive thruI would of left even after paying .. probably won't be returning to this Wendy's . There's a BK down a couple blocks. Food wasfresh and good.. Read more
The service at this place was absolutely disgusting and the food was terrible as well. The lady taking my order at the drive in... was not friendly, they prepared the order wrong and when I took it inside to get the food replaced, the server didn't evenacknowledge me, she just looked at me with disgust that I should have the ordasity to take the food back. There was no apology,she just handed me my replacement order saying nothing. I recommend that people avoid this place even if they are hungry andjust need some food to "fill the gap", you can find something better I am sure. Read more
Every time I get my food my fries are either stale and the bun on my sandwich is normally hard or just not heated. The beef is... not really cooked at times either. I understand the staff shortages but every time I go it's always a fairly long wait. I nowonly go if I just have a taste for it or not at all. It's a shame Because I love Wendy's but just not crazy about this location. Read more
Waited in line to order for 15 minutes then told to pull up to wait for my food then 20 minutes go by and 5 cars behind me... already got their food so I went inside and apparently they forgot about me because they had to make my food . The patties on mydouble stack were burnt so I couldn't even eat it and the nuggets were far from fresh so i assume those have been sitting awhile like if you're gonna take that long to get my food it shouldn't be way over cooked it should of all been fresh if you'regoing to take 25 minutes. I didn't even order alot all I ordered was a biggie bag so literally 3 food items and a drink. Willdefinitely not be returning here I'll take my money elsewhere so I can get edible food and faster service. Read more
Night staff is rude. They were slow to answer the speaker when there was nobody in line. Normally this isn?t a problem for me.... When I pulled up to the window and was trying to open up my wallet. It apparently took too long, because they slammed the windowshut. Then when we had the change they opened it, silently took it and hurriedly handed us our food, ignored our ?Thank you!Have a good day!? and then slammed the door shut again. So it?s okay for them to be a little slow, but if the customers take acouple seconds too long they act rude. Have also had multiple incidents of undercooked chicken sandwiches from this location. The staff was friendly. The place was clean and have a ?fireplace? tha t could provide heat in the winters. Had a good pop... machine. Double cheese with mustard and ketchup was fresh. I will return. Played a game on comfy chairs and table by fire. Read more
Super disappointed with this location. Had us waiting just to take our orders. Workers looked at us Multiple times and still... ignored us. We ended up leaving and going to burger King. I get it's busy but if you are going to have the lobby open at leastacknowledge your customers. Read more
