Was highly disappointed with our dining experience for all the hype about this place. First and foremost our waitress was very... condensending and rude was like a bother for her to help in anyway our food was not correct to begin with and never once smiledduring our dining experience or when the food was not right and we asked to have the prime rib sent back did she evenacknowledge sorry how can fix this mistake absolutely no manners. Food was average at best was highly disappointed for upscaledining restaurant I have had better service at chain steakhouses. Would I recommend this to others absolutely not!!! Maybe was abad night their but obviously should have it down to a superb dining experience all the way around. Let's start off by saying the service is great! The bread was soft and they give you 3 different spreads for your bread (cheese,... butter, garlic butter) YUM. The drinks were a fair price and fantastic. That's where the good all ends. The Caesar Saladsdressing was way too mayo-y and the parmasean crisp on top was as hard as a rock. The anchovies needed to be dipped in lemon tocut the salt. Speaking of salt, my main meal the chicken Oscar had absolutely none of it. No seasoning at all actually. It wasso so bad. My fiances steak she ordered Medium and it came out mooing rare. The sides suffered the same fate as we got thepotatoes NO SALT. Guess what..we went to grab the salt shaker to add salt our selves. You guessed it! No salt. The Manger orowner came up and asked us how the food was. I told him "you guys must be having a salt shortage" and went on to explaineverything that was wrong. He then told me he is COOL with the chef and he will let him know. This means nothing was said to himI'm sure. We got no discounts or offer of any kind to resolve the issue. Food was good. I would return. The calamari and shrimp was ok. Mushrooms were good. Carrot cake was very good. My filet mignon... and lobster was great. Husband enjoyed his steak. Lobster mac n cheese was good. Sweet potato was good.. Servers were attentive.Great ambiance. Read more
Really good prime rib. The samon my wife ordered wasnt cooked enough for her liking but was still ok. Stuffed mushrooms were... delicious definitely dont get enough with an order though. First time there last night, awesome food, awesome staff. Ordered whipped potatoes, asparagus, and a medium rare steak. Cooked... to perfection, nice classy environment. Great job to the waiters/waitresses, and the chefs, keep up the good work. Read more
I love William B's. I slice of elegance inside the casino. I have never had a bad meal. Their steaks are great of course, but... so is the salmon. And I ordered the seafood pasta which was on special. Very good. Read more
Sally should not be a server. Unhappy, condescending (3 times) and never checked on us. I should've asked for a different server... after the 2nd incident. I've never even thought of doing that anywhere, ever. The only time she was almost decent was when shebrought the check and still couldn't smile. The busboy was the highlight of our dinner. As far as the food, I had to send backmy prime rib that was well done not medium and the flavor just wasn't there. Very disappointed. Read more
