Owner is a grump. Shouldn't be in customer service. His family doesn't know English, so there is a huge language barrier. ... I've given them so many chances, because the are close by, and they never get my order correct. Their lattes taste like allmilk foam. Sometimes the milk is on the verge of sour. Their donuts are always stale. They have lost a customer! My changewas incorrect as well as my food!! Read more

I get the 2 egg & cheese wraps often, but this last time one of the wraps had a quarter piece of an egg, and the other wrap had... a 1/2 piece of an egg, but looked like a bite had been taken out of it. I highly doubt someone took a bite of it, but that'swhat it looked like. I used to go out of my way to go there, but I will NEVER go to that location again. Awful. Read more

This is one of the most unprofessional Dunkin? Donuts. Every time I go in there no one speaks and says good morning or hello. I... typically walk out but I ordered and then I was over charged. I go in for a donut at 7:45 one guy walks away from the Register henever returned & the racks empty. Maybe 3 flavors to choose... from so the guy from the drive thru area waited on me. I get 2 glazed donuts one guy is grabbing them for me & the guy who leftthe register screamed at him in a different language, I heard him say something about closed! They do not close until 9pm, it?snot my fault I come into an establishment 1 hour prior to close. How rude of the guy. Read more

This Dunkin? Donuts is very good when you order from the drive through. When you come inside, it?s a different story. I ordered... a bacon egg and cheese bagel without egg and the lady gave me a bacon egg and cheese bagel with EGG AND TWO STRANDS OF BACON. Itold her multiple times that I wanted it with no egg. Now I can?t eat breakfast and I?m so not going back today. Read more

Originally loved this place and their macchiato, but as of lately my coffee has been wrong everytime. When I address it with the... rude man at the window ,between 7 am and 730am, he tells me it IS what I ordered like he tasted it himself....like I don't knowthat my macchiato is NOT supposed to taste like hot chocolate. I have gone there pretty often and have blown off one particular employees bad attitude at drive thru because everyone else is... nice. I won?t be returning to this store for the fact that there were no trash cans outside for me to throw my Dunkin Donutscoffee cup from earlier away. When I asked if he had a trash can and if he could throw it away he rudely said NO. I then askedYou don?t have a trash can ? Complaint I just filed: I purchased a sweet bacon Sandwich, hash browns, and a Caramel Macchiato. When I received my drink I... told the cashier that it was way too sweet and if she could make it less sweet. She immediately said "Well..that's how it comes,caramel is sweet." (as if I was a complete idiot and didn't know that)! I replied to her that it was way too sweet and that Icould not drink it. She said again that is how the Macchiato comes. She then went on to ask me with a disgusting attitude "Doyou know how expensive this is?!" Bewildered, I replied "Yes, I order them from Starbucks all the time." She said it again as ifI was going to walk away with the cup of pancake syrup that I could not drink. I felt very disrespected in front of the workersand the customer that was sitting down nearby. I always go to that location and spend lots of money there. I do not appreciatebeing chided for not wanting it. I felt humiliated for being disrespected. Horrible franchisees! I won't return. My thingis..they are not the only location and why should I come here for substandard service and products?
