Never been here until today, was a little confused in how it worked. You can order at the counter but also wait at a table for... the server. Got passed quite a few times before anyone came over though. The turkey burger was good and fries. Didn't realizesodas costed so much in restaurants now. I called and spoke with employee Mr. Zury who was very Professional and polite . This is the second time I order from there and... the food and service was awesome . My daughter specifically likes her wrap with breaded chicken and 2 out of 3 times we calledto order they met are request . Only once we were told by a female employee they couldn?t substitute the chicken even thoughthey did it the first time . I am not going to let her ruin my experience with Potomac . The place was nice and clean. The people were nice and professional. But my food was terrible. 25 min for 2 slic of pepperoni... pizza. When it arrived it was a sad excuse for a pizza. It was originally a cheese slice. That was re heated not fresh withpepperoni and added cheese. That was not melted to the pizza. When I asked about it the response was that is how we do it?
