2 customers when I walked in. Sat at the bar nobody came to wait on me after 15 mins. Saw workers talking and laughing having a ... good time but didn't seem interested on waiting on us. So we left. Never been here until today, was a little confused in how it worked. You can order at the counter but also wait at a table for... the server. Got passed quite a few times before anyone came over though. The turkey burger was good and fries. Didn't realizesodas costed so much in restaurants now. I called and spoke with employee Mr. Zury who was very Professional and polite . This is the second time I order from there and... the food and service was awesome . My daughter specifically likes her wrap with breaded chicken and 2 out of 3 times we calledto order they met are request . Only once we were told by a female employee they couldn?t substitute the chicken even thoughthey did it the first time . I am not going to let her ruin my experience with Potomac . The place was nice and clean. The people were nice and professional. But my food was terrible. 25 min for 2 slic of pepperoni... pizza. When it arrived it was a sad excuse for a pizza. It was originally a cheese slice. That was re heated not fresh withpepperoni and added cheese. That was not melted to the pizza. When I asked about it the response was that is how we do it? My daughter and I visited for dinner this evening. We were the only 2 customers. Food came out super fast! Place is clean. The... waitress well thats a different story. We walked in and she said sit wherever we would like, so we did. After sitting heractions really did make us feel uncomfortable. It?s as if we were bothering her.
