The 5 stars are for Abby!! The lite skin girl with long dreads #1 is rude! Doesn?t need to be working around customers! Stick... her in the back cooking. I have to walk a mile up there and do every couple of days. Asked for a pack of cigarettes and sherolled her eyes at me and acted like she?s doing me a favor. I?m legally blind so I need assistance with the registers which Iknow she didn?t know that BUT, she grab the cigarettes rang them up and walked off with them. I asked her if she was going toring the rest of my order up? She said ?NO! U do it yourself!? Then! Let me walk out the door w/o the cigarettes!! I KNOW shesaw me walking and I KNOW she knew I didn?t have the cigarettes I don?t care what she tells the other staff members up there!! Iwalk atw back home and noticed they were not in my bag. I call up there and Abby answered. She knew I left them behind so thattells me that girl saw me walk out the door w/o them and didn?t have the decency to call out to me so I could come back to getthem. Ordered 2 thighs, 1 drumstick, and 1 wing. Order number was 217. Receipt was printed at 12:36 PM for $12.58. This was lunch... which I took back to work. I was at this store on sat March 20 th the employees were all polite, chicken was great service was great the cashier was great... she was running 2 registers at one time waiting on 2 customers while the manager. Did nothing to help her . The cashier neverlost her smile and how polite she was to every customer. First off, they are slow. Every time, even when they don't look busy, I've had to wait in line. 2nd of all, if you buy a car... wash. Make sure it is working, they don't tell you if it isn't and won't refund. 3rd, if it is working, don't expect a cleancar. The roller that does the hood and windshield doesn't reach the hood.
