It was busy on the 29th of this month I didn't have to wait long in line. Service was excellent and I was in ans out within 5... minutes with my cheese burgers! I don't eat fast food a lot but DQ is one I like. Chicken strips have real chicken in them. Their fries don't have peel on them.

Ordered a blizzard and a 6 piece strips combo. The woman working the cash was friendly and I had the blizzard shortly after... ordering. I then had to wait 15 minutes for my food... I would understand a fast food establishment taking a longer time toprepare food during a busy day but there was never more than 2 people in line. When I finally recieved my food there it was thetiniest portion of fries, and very small chicken strips. This has been a continuing trend, I wouldn't recommend orderinganything except ice cream here. Ordered my kid an ice cream cake log there today.... Turned me right off when I puller 2 grey hairs out of my piece of cake. One... in the fudge and one between the fudge and cookie. Turned everyone right off and is super disgusting. Not sure if these are madein house or brought inf but either was super gross and ended up tossing the rest of the log. I?ve been going to this location since I moved to the area about a year and a half ago. The staff have always been fantastic and... the ice cream is delicious. Tonight I ordered a banana split, and I was informed that the bananas weren?t in the best shape soit would be a little bit of a wait. One of the staff members literally ran over to the Sobey?s to purchase bananas and I wascompensated with a coupon for my wait. The staff went above and beyond. Read more

I went to this location tonight and received service that deserves one star. The counter was absolutely filthy dirty and so were... the workers uniforms. The way I was spoke to was given from someone that you can clearly tell hates working in customer service.I also watched them almost deny a guy giving them a CLEAR roll of quarters because he (the worker) would have to count them? Iordered my ice cream and small fries. I also asked for it in a cup but was told no for whatever reason. From the time of gettingmy ice cream and getting my fries was 10+ minutes. The ice cream was literally melted everywhere. I was waiting by the counterand made eye contact with the lady who took my order because I knew I was clearly forgotten about. After the 10 minutes past, Iended up grabbing the attention of another worker and explained to them what was going on and she goes ?oh yeah, they are righthere? and went and grabbed them. DQ is simply a nostalgic place for me. I always used to get peanut buster parfaits with my Grandma in the summer growing up.... Their current blizzard flavour is red velvet cake, which, is the best blizzard I've ever had. I hope it stays! It's also nice tosee them branching out to include items suitable for other dietary preferences and/or restrictions. The staff behind the counterare usually quite friendly and quick.
