Went in for a quick slice at around 5pm and the pizza was cold and stiff, like it just came out of a fridge. Asked the guy if he... could heat it up for me, he seemed annoyed but agreed to. I thanked him after he heated it up and suggested he put the entirepizza back in the oven for a few minutes as it was abnormally cold. He told me he had just made it 20 minutes ago. I used tomanage a pizza place. Even if the warmer wasn?t working, a pizza would never get that cold in it. It was below room temperatureand cold to the touch. Place is dirty and quality has gone down a lot in the last few months. I didn?t even wanna touch thedoor as I left because it was caked with dirt. I ordered for a birthday and called to make sure it could be delivered no later than 4pm. On their website it said delivery... could be as early as 3pm but the worker on the phone said they don't have delivery drivers that early so they said 4pm delivery.Delivery took so long, that the person (who I ordered it for) had to leave and they didn't even get to eat it for their birthdaySupper! Really dissapointed by this Greco location, never had an experience like this at another one in Nova Scotia or PEI. We ordered... a pepperoni pizza and garlic fingers, both were fine. However, we also ordered a Donair and it was almost inedible. Itsimpossible to describe how bad it was - from the way the onions were cut (huge slices piled on almost whole) to a soaking wettexture and watery sauce. Go to buy dinner at 9 pm on September 27th. It tastes terrible. The fish is very salty and the French fries are all black. The... hamburger has a lot of sugar in it. Ordered a 15 inch pizza and 15 inch garlic fingers tonight. There was no deals so I paid full price. My meal came late and at... best slightly warm pizza and room temperature garlic fingers. The delivery driver was super friendly and apologized. I haveordered food in the past and was pleased with the service and food. Disappointed in the quality of the food tonight.
