I was a little thrown off by the fact that everything was cold and had to be microwaved, but it was nice and hot and didn't... taste any different then it already being hot like other locations, absolutely delicious! Everything tasted just as it should,the veggies were fresh and crunchy and delicious as well. The staff is what was bland, and cold.. The only thing that was saidto me the entire time I was there was "what can I get for you?" Not saying I need to hear your life story, but just be a littlemore personable and approachable for customers to enjoy their experience more. Read more
Customer service is great, however burrito is disgusting now, microwaved slop. Every bite was slimy and bland tasting.

I?ve always loved eating at other locations. I will NEVER be eating at the lower sackville location again. All the meat is cold,... heated up in the microwave. They don?t even check to make sure it?s at proper temperature before continuing. The burrito wasfreezing cold, the rice was hard where it to us also heated up in the microwave. The cheese sauce that I pay extra for waswatered down and transparent. Most definitely the worst experience I have ever had. Not to mention one of the lady?s there wasrude. I asked for shredded cheese and she wouldn?t put it on until I said that I get the cheese sauce extra so the shreddedcheese should not be charged. Read more
Was a big fan of habeneros before eating here. First off all of their meat and rice are cold unlike other locations, and are... heated up in the microwave and are still cold so my burrito bowl was cold, that?s not the worst part, I had a mouthful of whatfelt like sand, I looked down and saw that my green onions were FILLED with dirt and all the cilantro and lettuce wasbad???????????? avoid this nasty location at all costs, can?t be bothered to wash or throw out their bad veggies! The best fries in Sackville. My girlfriend always gets the Crispy Thai chicken burger and says its to die for, I always try a... different burger and haven't had a bad one yet. Great service everytime I go in. Always made to order, in front of me with mychoice of toppings. To all the other complaints about microwaved rice, Ive worked in restaurants across HRM..
