This store seems very unprepared and unorganized. I placed and order of 3 times and 2 of the 3 items I couldn't get AFTER I paid... (so I likely overpaid for what I ordered as much of the substitutions offered were cheaper than what I wanted). They don'tcommunicate anything to customers. Took 30 min just for 3 items. I know its "McDonald's" so i don't expect above and beyond butthis was a little ridiculous. Read more
With the lack of space inside the restaurant for customers it mad everything feel crowded and loud. We ordered at the kiosk, but... then the staff turned them off. There were people in line for the entire hour we waits from order time to finishing our food. Ittook 35 minutes to get our orders, and one had to he redone as they forgot the change to the toppings we rang in. I don't thinkI'll bother with this location again. Read more
We were driving to somewhere and re-routed to this place just because the mcdonald's app said this location opens 24 hours drive... through. But don't be fooled guys they don't open 24 hours and both drive through were closed with garbage bin and cones. Read more
Without fail, this McDonald's will mess up your order in some way every single time. I have rolled the dice on this location... multiple times and it's to the point now where I expect something to be wrong. I live in the area and while it's far moreconvenient to use this location, I will drive to Burnside to avoid having to go to this one. Read more
Definitely NOT a 24 hour operation. Attempted to stop by after working my own shift in food service (aprox 11:50 pm) and was... told they were closed. Upon further inquiry, I was told they are actually temporarily closed to re boot their system and itwould only take a few minutes. I told them I would happily wait in the parking lot until they were open and I was informed Ishould ?just leave because there are other cars behind you and we need to tell them to leave too? Incredibly off puttingexperience where myself and five other cars were turned away, instead of allowing us to wait the few minutes. Read more
Went through drive through and found the employees to be very fast, courteous and best of all, accurate with filling my order.... Excellent job these young folks did. BEST service from any McDonalds that I have visited in years, seriously! Koodos to you andyour team. Read more
Waited over 25 minutes for our order. Numbers would not print at any of the kisoks so no one knew when their order was ready. ... They were more concerned about skip the dishes and drive threw. When I asked for a refund for us to go elsewhere they said theywere bagging it. 5 more minutes before order complete. Milkshake was no longer cold, nuggets were cold. I had to go ask for thesauce for nuggets that we ordered and paid extra for. It was disorganized and the employees were not working together. Wanteda refund, should have pushed harder for that then getting the meal we got. Don't even have my order slip to go back to talk to amanager. Be a long time before I eat at this location again . Drive thru was quick and easy (mid afternoon), got home and opened my burger. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but a hastily... thrown together sandwich was a suprise nonetheless. Read more
