Ok. So I tried it again. This time a different location. I got there at opening. The menu wasn't lit. Nothing was ready. A young... girl was there looking after it. It seemed like she might have been late? When she finished our wraps she said she couldn'ttoast them as the toaster wasn't ready. The lettuce and spinach were wilted. We were the first customers. Just picked up an order made through the app from the Sackville Dr location and both our pitas were AH-MAZING! Hands down the... most well made pita I have had from Pita Pit in a decade! Ive been a Pita Pit customer for 20 years and both our pitas were madeexpertly with proper portions even with several special requests. Excellent job tonight Sackville team!! Read more

I frgot the guy name, but he was too good ,Pita pit has always been one of my favourite sandwich spots! Their steak and cheese... pita or falafel are my favourite! The ancho chipotle sauce is too good to be true haha! The staff at this location are so niceand friendly, with a great sense of humour! Overall an awesome spot! Read more

Just had the most rude service I?ve ever received at a takeout. The male person that made the pita, had a terrible attitude. ... Kept stopping to speak to a customer the other staff person was serving. Trying to explain to her that ?chip is cookie?. If hespoke clearly perhaps she would have understood. He proceeded to start on-line orders and was literally throwing theingredients on the grill. He really looked like he did not give a damn & obviously could care less about the customers. Untilrecently, I had been getting a Pita every week for a couple of years & was looking forward to this one. This guy never greetedme, didn?t say thank you, had a very slack attitude, didn?t so much as offer a bag for my meal. They had no problem placing a?tip jar? on the counter next to the cash. I know it?s not easy for the small business owner, or staff earning minimum wage &really appreciate someone preparing a meal for me & tip generously. I really, really wanted to ask for my tip back. Itcertainly was not deserved! If this person is the owner, I?m glad he is so confident that his business is thriving, to thepoint of being down right ignorant to customers. If he was an employee, it shows how desperate food services is for employees. Sorry to have been a bother to you. Never again! I will spend my money elsewhere. Also, the female that was working, was notwearing a mask. Come on it?s food preparation & we still have lots of active cases. Just more proof that this location has norespect for their customers. I visit the Pita Pit in Lower Sackville at least once a week to get myself, and my granddaughter our supper after her gymnastics... practice. The young man that works there provides us with exceptional customer service every time! He knows what we order, andeven the toppings we get, which is so impressive considering how many customers he waits on every week. My granddaughter is abig Pita Pit fan, and we often chuckle that she introduced me to this healthy alternative,and we've decided that eating at PitaPit is her good luck charm and prepares her for her competitions. I would not hesitate to recommend this Pita Pit location forfresh food and friendly service. Read more

Had very bad customer service from pita pit Sackville tonight. Came in 20 minutes before close, the open sign was turned off,... the worker couldn't toast my pita because he'd already turned it off. Then I get home and open this... If I'm paying close to$15 for a pita I'd like better quality than whatever this is..... Should've just went to another place. Read more
