Ordered pizza for my family online paid with Mastercard took my money then said order failed and can take up to 48 hrs to return... my money. Not cool cause I have 5 kids to feed and I don?t have another $70 kicking around to order again nor do I want to spendanother $70 while waiting to get my money back. so now no pizza and disappointed kids. Pizza tasted fine, gluten pizza we had to slice ourselves which is a small annoyance because you don?t expect that from takeout.... Worst was the Cinnabon buns that were delivered UNCOOKED with icing one them. Literally looked like someone just left them outto de-thaw and put icing on it. Who the heck thinks that?s ok?? I would have rather been told you can?t do it if you can?t andget a credit. Yeah I was looking forward to them because it?s been years since I had them but I can be reasonable with stuff.I?ve worked in retail, I get it. This is just really poor service. Luckily Sackville has a lot of other pizza places and bakeryoptions. Editing to add: Cinnabon buns still disappointing a year later but at least they were cooked this time I guess? The next day after the Fiona hurricane, people were struggling to eat supper with no power, every restaurant had 1 hours wait... minimum. People were driving around trying to find a restaurant, This Pizza Hut let their OPEN sign on and it mislead thousandsof people trying to get food. If your close, TURN OFF YOUR SIGN Read more

Easy to order online , service was fast and easy , we got the triple treat box , it's was a great price for all the food we got... and it was absolutely delicious!! Will definately be going back on our next pizza craving day lol Read more
Pizza delivery was not contactless as promised on website, online instructions for pickup spot were ignored. They did call to... apologize and make it right by offering a free pizza which was appreciated. A few days later I called to order again, a veryunfriendly and angry sounding man answered. As I was trying to talk he kept screaming ?hello! Hello!? Into phone then hung up. Itried calling back twice more and as soon as I started to talk was hung up on again. Lame. The pizza was good but I will nolonger be ordering from this location nor will I be recommending it to anyone I know. Read more
