If it weren't for inconsistency of food and customer service, I'd give this place a 5. Sometimes the pizzas are very good, but... sometimes sloppily put together. Customer service could use some help. I'd say the majority of time, the delivery people arevery friendly, but after experiencing the following, I highly doubt we'll order from here again. I put through an online orderand noticed after the order receipt came through that potato skins did not go through. I decided to just do another order rightaway, hoping the restaurant would just add it to my previous order less than one minute before. My original order came to ouraddress, and I let the delivery person know that I had put through another order right away. She said she did not get thatorder. She was not friendly nor apologetic about the incident. She simply complained that it would take awhile to get the secondorder due to construction. That was fine with me. Nearly three hours went by, and I called Pizzatown. The guy on the phone wassimilarly not helpful nor friendly. If there's one thing to not do in customer service it is to question the veracity of whatthe customer is saying. I had and still have the online receipt in my email for the second order. The guy on the phone said itwas not in their ordering system online. He did not offer to try to fix anything, redo the order, offer any sort of helpwhatsoever. We got charged, and he was unable or unwilling to do anything but say to dispute the charge. I was friendly myselfand apologetic throughout these exchanges, thinking it was my fault for doing a second order right away and just assuming theywould see it and deal with it on their end. It almost feels to me like they saw the second order and the driver had already goneout and they just decided it wasn't worth fixing. Read more

A surprising treat. My wife and I went here for the first time recently. The interior is nice and modern, with a good patio... outside. The crust was great with a decent portion and they have a bunch of local beers on tap (including ol biddies). Theyalso have options for gluten free dairy free etc. For people that like pizza but cannot have those. Great spot to hang out andget good grub. Read more

Woowzers! Not sure if it was an off night for the cook tonight or what. Start by saying I?ve ate here a few times and it?s... always been great, never had any complaints, tonight however was a huge exception. I ordered a ?grilled? chicken cesar saladaround $22 not cheap at all, my order came out and it was a massive plate of salad, the size was quite impressive; however thequality was not. First of all I hate complaining, I find it embarrassing and I don?t like doing it. However the chicken alonewas terrible, soggy, mushy baby food texture and it was so overly dressed I was basically spooning out the extra dressing. Mywaitress was accommodating at first, asking if I wanted something else or a replacement but at the point it had turned mystomach and I didn?t want anything else. She ended up saying she wouldn?t charge me; great as the salad was awful! After a fewminutes she returned to mention that everyone in the kitchen had tried the chicken and it tasted absolutely fine and it must?vejust been me that felt that way. I asked her how the chicken was prepared cause it was suppose to be ?grilled chicken? and for$22 I was expecting like grilled chicken breast like most places offer. She informed me it was bagged chicken that they buy andjust heat up on the grill, well that basically spoke for itself right there. I won?t be back, they have an attitude that is verymuch; we all like it so you should and there?s nothing wrong with it, so why are you complaining? Don?t serve a $9 dollar saladand charge me $22 for something I could?ve bought at Sobeys in the produce section and don?t expect me to complain. All of ourfood was terrible tonight, the table next to us said the same thing, that the food was terrible and something was ?off? in thekitchen. Read more

Large meat lovers pizza. Large spots with no toppings. Tastes good. After talking to the owner he rectified the problem. It's... great to see a restaurant that values the customer. Read more

So we were told to try Pizzatown for donairs as we were back in the city having been gone for many years. We had tried KOD and... Pizzaland and were saddened by the product. We first went to the Pizzatown Lakeside LAKESIDE: I ordered three small with theworks, meat thinly cut and well done. We were told that the meat is presliced so the thickness can't change. So be it. Istill got them. They took about ten minutes and they were ready, probably because the frozen meat from the bag was quick toprepare. I was told to hold the bag upright as there was sauce that could get messy. Better beleive it. The tasteless saucewas runny like water. The meat was not well done but it was ok. Everything was drenched. The extra sauce was like water in thecontainer. LOWER SACKVILLE: this donair was much better. We ordered three large, meat welldone with the works with sauce on theside. I was told that they would take a minute as the welldone meat takes time. They gave me a pager and said that I could havea seat. I waited for the page. Once the chime came through i jumped in anticipation. The donairs came in sealed containers witha pizza box full of donair sauce. The meat was excellent, if it was frozen I couldn't tell. The sauce was tasty and had agreat consistency. They were the best donairs we have had, hands down. Go to Lower Sackville. I can't compare to any otherPizzatown other than Lakeside but Lakeside sucks, Lower Sackville rocks. Read more

We moved here from Ontario about a year ago, and the one thing we miss the most is our local pizza place. We've tried a few... around Sackville and everything's been just OK. Pizzatown has my business for life. We ordered delivery twice at home, and thena couple of weeks ago we went to eat in now that things are open. Delivery each time was really good - within the time frame, and their delivery fee is really reasonable! Pizzas always arrived fresh and delicious. When we ate in, you could tell they arestill ironing out some of the details to keep people safe but everyone is still learning. The server was really friendly andoffered some recommendations since it was our first time eating in. Our pizzas were delicious as always, but we also tried theparmesan rolls and oh man they were delicious. I'm sad it took us so long to eat here. I do really like their crust - you canactually hold a slice of pizza and it supports itself ???? Sorry I have no photos. I'm always too excited to eat! Tip - theirsweet BBQ base is unbelievably good. Throw in some pineapple, mushroom, onion - swoon. Update- added a couple of photos fromour last pizza night. If you like your crust, definitely try the 'pan pizza' Read more

Owner Sheldon and staff are absolutely Fantastic. The food is well above average for any Pizza establishment. They're licensed... and serve Alcohol also. Furthermore they have a very wide array of excellent talent and music performances on the weekends andentertainment throughout the week. I highly recommend this spot to anyone. It is very well managed and an absolute ideaatmosphere with a warm and fuzzy feeling. I have found myself coming back more frequently after my first visit. It is now my #1choice for eating in, and dining out. P.s. This is where you will find the best Donair. Read more
