We went to this subway today for the first time. The guy preparing our subs was in a rush to get it done with. His rude face... made my skin crawl. My mother in law asked him what kind of bread you all have ( she has dementia)this boy probably racist andperson who has no patience for elderly woman says rudely I have all kinds of bread. Use your comman sense boy just name her thebreads available. Ultimately he gave a whole wheat bread when she specifically asked for multi grain. Thanks for rushing andmaking a terrible sub for us. Will never suggest this subway to anyone or go to this subway. Read more

We were in today as the power flickered and my husband was made to go get cash to pay for the order. He came home and realized... the debit transaction went through. We called to find out if we need our bank statement to obtain a refund and we were toldthere's no way to do this for at least 24 hours. I never had an issue with your store before but Bridget was very unprofessionaltoday. Read more

Normally I love this place and I'm kind of regular. I call in my orders when I'm at work in the evenings. The app doesn't allow... me to order my sub, my bmt . It is different in app than what is on menu in store and I cant change it or explain how I like itput together in the app. So I call it in on phone but It depends who answers. Tonight was a no go from the employee. Told to usethe app/ I explain it doesn't work and I always call it in... Well we are busy, we don't take orders on phone so NO. They havetaken my last dozen orders on phone. Hmmm, I understand busy, ok, but my orders were taken when was no biz and dead with covidso now no because of app? someone in store? I would have waited a few minutes. O well, hopefully I get the other employee nexttime. Read more

He wiped down the... entire station before starting my sons sandwich and took all the veggies from underneath the counter. He said his sub was veryyummy.
